Step #1: Make sure your Android device is connected to the internet! Wired Preferably. WiFi Only If You Must.

Step #2: Open your web browser on the android device and go to this web address: https://stb.comsupport.ca

Step #3: Select CHROME then ALWAYS if asked

Step #4: Click the Download button then OK

Step #5: Click the OPEN button when it pops up NOTE: If the open button does not pop up, you will need to close the browser and open the File Browser application...select LOCAL DISK then the DOWNLOAD folder...inside this folder you will find the file you just downloaded. click the file then continue to Step #6 below! (StbEmu (Pro)_com.mvas.stb.emu.pro.apk)

Step #6: Click INSTALL to install the application

Step #7: Exit your Web Browser

Step #8: Go to All Apps on your device and launch the STBEMU app you just installed

Step #9: In the STBEMU Application, go to SETTINGS to configure the application or click CONFIGURE APPLICATION if this is your first time launching the application

Step #10: Go to PROFILE NAME and change the name to SnapTv

Step #11: Go to PORTAL SETTINGS and change the Portal URL to http://snaptv.comsupport.ca

Step #12: Go to STB CONFIGURATION and write down your MAC ADDRESS using pen and paper. Double Check It!

Step #13: On your Phone go to http://app.comsupport.ca and find the Technical Support number. Call or Request a call back to confirm your information and activate your FREE Trial Service! If you are outside our calling Area Code (289) then please to install the APP on your phone using the install option on the Top Left Corner. Once installed, use the CHAT feature within the APP to communicate and activate your service. Thank You!

Once activated...Restart Your Android Smart Box and Launch the STBEMU Application again! That's It...Enjoy!
